• 3 Consecutive Overnights in Acute Hospital within Past 30 Days
• Services Ordered by Physician
• Medicare Part A (Hospital) Benefit and Available Days to Use.

• IV Medications Daily
• Frequent Nasopharyngeal/Tracheostomy Aspiration
• Wound Management/Dressing Changes
• Diabetic Insulin Changes
• Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
• Frequent Medication Changes
