Medicare Criteria for Skilled Nursing Care
- IV Medications Daily
- Frequent Nasopharyngeal/Tracheostomy Aspiration
- Wound Management/Dressing Changes
- Diabetic Insulin Changes
- Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
- Frequent Medication Changes
