- Exercise improves nutritional health.
- Exercise helps your body retain protein.

- A good exercise program does not mean you have to run, walk, or jog. Start by doing arm lifts or leg lifts while watching TV.
- Short (five minute) sessions of any kind of exercise, done four times a day equals 20 minutes of exercise. This is enough to help see some of those health benefits.
- For heart benefits, exercise at least 20 minutes three days a week.
- For weight loss, try to exercise 30 minutes five days a week.
