Adult Day Health Center
The goals of the Adult Day Health Center are to provide services that will help the older adult to remain at home and assist the caregiver.
The Adult Day Health Center provides a program of social, recreational, and health activities and services in a group setting. It will help you care for an older adult with health care needs. The Center has a daily program of specially designed activities, which provide a sense of purpose and self-esteem for older adults who require assistance and encouragement to stay independent.
Participants include adults who are:
- limited in their ability to function independently in the community
- in need of assistance with personal care
- socially isolated
- confused
- physically impaired
Located at 747 Village Green Drive, Mason City, adjacent to Menards, the Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For information call 641.421.2577 or 1.800.433.3883 ext 2577
