• Skilled nursing facilities, such as Mercy's Skilled Nursing Unit
• Home health programs, like Mercy Home Care
• Outpatient programs, like Mercy Rehabilitation Services 

Your care will be overseen by:

• Occupational Therapists
• Social Workers
• Nurse Case Managers
