The Population Health Department of Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa was created to help monitor and improve the overall health of our North Iowa community.
A component of the department is the Population Health Clinic, which is another point to access healthcare services at Mercy - North Iowa.

If you are an established patient of a Mercy Clinic, please call your clinic first to see if they have an appointment available at a time that is convenient for you.
The Population Health Clinic is located within Mercy Family Clinic – Regency, 621 South Illinois Avenue, Mason City.
8:00 – 6:00 p.m., and uses a two-week rotation (Week 1: Monday – Thursday, Week 2: Tuesday – Friday)

- Voicemail is set-up for the clinic and checked regularly – the clinic voicemail will indicate the timeframe in which calls will be returned
- When calling the clinic, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Patient's Full Name
- Patient's Date of Birth
- Type of appointment requested and/or reason for call
- Phone number where you can be reached

The Population Health Clinic is not the place to recevie routine care. The team works with you to establish a regular primary care provider or clinic for you at the end of your appointment.
