When calling our Mercy Clinics, please give our staff as much information as possible. If we suggest that you come in for an appointment, please take our advice to ensure that the most optimal care outcome is achieved.
We may be able to provide you with the following over the phone:

- Arrange for prescription refills
- Report lab or other diagnostic test results to you
- Patient education regarding a disease or treatment plan.
