In an effort to provide healthcare to all those we serve, Mercy - North Iowa's Palliative Care Team treat patients at outreach clinics. Those clinics are held in the following communities on the following days:

• Algona, Kossuth Regional Health Center - Every other Friday;
• Hampton, Franklin General Hospital - Every other Friday;
• Mercy Internal Medicine Clinic, Mason City - Tuesdays and Thursdays

All patients do need a referral from their primary care physician/provider. For more information, contact:
