Encompass shall reprice claims upon receipt for services rendered by Provider to accurately reflect the charges contained in the applicable payment schedule. Claims will then be forwarded to Payor (if Payor is not Encompass) for benefit/coverage and eligibility determination and for payment based on those determinations. Alternatively, Encompass may provider Payors with the Network Provider data and payment schedules for claim repricing during claims administration.
Encompass shall assist providers with payment issues, resolution, and the design and implementation of action plans with Payors to prevent future payment issues.
