American Psychological Services (APS)
Outpatient Services: MMC-NI has an agency agreement for outpatient services: all credentialed MMC-NI employed behavioral services providers are able to see APS members for outpatient services. Mason City Clinic does not have an agency agreement with APS therefore all services provided to APS members are out of network.
Inpatient Services: Single case agreements must be obtained for APS members to receive inpatient services.
APS is currently the behavioral carve out plan for Coventry Health Care of Iowa and Healthcare Preferred members. United Behavioral Services (UBH)
Outpatient Services: Members requesting outpatient services are referred to Mental Health Center of North Iowa.
Inpatient Services: Single case agreements must be obtained for UBH members to receive inpatient services.
UBH is currently the behavioral carve out plan for United Healthcare and John Deere Health members.
Single Case Agreements have been obtained with these health plans:

- Integrated Behavioral Health
- Magellan
- Value Options
