Mercy Family Clinic
Hours
Office hours vary with each clinic. All offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Closing
of a clinic due to inclement weather conditions is at the discretion
of the health care staff and management. Patient notification of a clinic
closing will occur by the following:
- Scheduled patients will be called to reschedule appointments.
- Clinic closing information will be announced on local radio/television station broadcasts.
- The clinic will provide instructions on how to obtain urgent/emergency medical care.
Mercy Family Health Line (641.422.7777 or 1.800.468.0050) is available for you to direct medical concerns or questions to before, during and after clinic hours. If consultation with a health care provider is indicated, the Mercy Family Health Line professional staff will contact the doctor on-call for your Mercy Clinic to obtain care instructions.
For a life-threatening illness or severe injury, go directly to your local emergency center. If no transportation is available, CALL 911.
If you are directed to a Mercy Medical Center affiliated emergency center, you may be seen by the staff emergency department physician, who will contact your primary physician if hospitalization, specialized follow-up or referral treatment is required.
