Entrance to Mercy Medical Center - North IowaMercy Medical Center - North Iowa is excited to offer you an opportunity to send e-mail greetings to a patient.

Here's how it works. When you send an e-mail to a patient on the form provided, it will come to the Marketing and Customer Relations department. A staff member will print the e-mail and have it hand-delivered to the patient. If an e-mail arrives for a patient who has been discharged, the e-mail will be discarded.

E-mails will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Any e-mails arriving after 3 p.m. will be delivered the following morning. Weekend delivery is not available.

When completing the form, please provide the patient's full, real name (not nickname).

Please be aware that your e-mail message will be similar to sending a postcard. We cannot guarantee privacy or confidentiality.
