Furkhan Kachhawala, M.D.

I was born and raised in India but I spent my teen years in Chicago. I majored in Biology and minored in Theology at Loyola University Chicago. I went through basic sciences training in Grenada, WI and completed my clinical years in various hospitals in New York.

I enjoy playing volleyball, kite flying and video games. I am married and whenever I have time available during the busy intern year, I love to spend it with my wife.

I know I am getting a great learning experience here at Mercy and I know I will become a wonderful doctor thanks to the awesome faculty here.
