Holly Hendrikson, RN, was February’s recipient for Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa’s DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. Each month a nurse from Mercy– North Iowa is honored with The DAISY Award, which recognizes the super-human efforts nurses perform every day. 

Holly is a nurse in Mercy’s Nursing Resource Pool.  A former patient nominated her for the award.

“My nurse is named Holly.  I would like to have her recognized for exceptional and professional care.  She treated me as if I was not only her only patient, but the most important one.  Care, respect, dedication and service are rare in our society today and when present should be recognized.”
