What Is MercyWorks EAP?

The Mercy Employee Assistance Program, known as MercyWorks EAP, provides confidential counseling for employees and immediate family members, who are having personal concerns such as family conflicts, substance abuse, stress and/or depression. These issues often affect work performance. Employers can contract with MercyWorks EAP to provide the counseling employees need to overcome these issues and continue as a contributing member of the work team.
