Mercy Diabetes and Kidney Centers will be relocated temporarily to Mercy Family Clinic – Regency, 621 South Illinois Avenue, from Friday, May 10 to early-July, so that the center can undergo construction.
We are excited that Mercy Diabetes and Kidney Centers will be expanding the services offered under their roof to include Mercy Weight Management Clinic, Mercy Bariatric Center and Endocrinology. Doing so will provide convenience and enhanced continuity of care for many of our patients.
Plans are to move the clinic back to its permanent location on Mercy’s West Campus, 910 North Eisenhower Avenue, once the construction project is complete in early-July. We will let you know the date once it has been determined.
