IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Mercy Diabetes and Kidney Centers will be relocated temporarily to Mercy Family Clinic – Regency, 621 South Illinois Avenue, from Friday, May 10 to early-July, so that the center can undergo construction.
We are excited that Mercy Diabetes and Kidney Centers will be expanding the services offered under their roof to include Mercy Weight Management Clinic, Mercy Bariatric Center and Endocrinology. Doing so will provide convenience and enhanced continuity of care for many of our patients.
Plans are to move the clinic back to its permanent location on Mercy’s West Campus, 910 North Eisenhower Avenue, once the construction project is complete in early-July. We will let you know the date once it has been determined.
About Mercy Diabetes Center Mercy Diabetes Center takes a unique team approach to delivering diabetes care.
The medical team includes:
- physicians,
- mid-level providers,
- diabetic educators,
- a dietitian
- and support staff.
Together they develop best practices, conduct research and implement new strategies for diabetes management and share those practices with physicians and other health care providers within Mercy Health Network - North Iowa. Access to ongoing education for diabetes self-management and support also is advanced through Mercy Diabetes Center.

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation North Iowa / Southern Minnesota
Mercy Diabetes Center has been awarded the Kohls Cares grant for several years. It uses the funs provided to host several eduational events as well as to purchase patient materials.
