The Community Healthcare Needs Assessment Report details the findings from investigations into the health care needs of individuals who work or reside in and around the north-central region of the state of Iowa. A total of three surveys and focus-group interviews on three selected groups of residents provide the data for this report. The data collection took place between April and September 2010.
