Our fees are updated on a yearly basis based on health care costs. Professional services are provided on a cash basis at the time of service. We realize that it is not always possible to pay the entire bill at one time. However, if you carry insurance, your carrier usually pays a percentage of the bill and you pay the remaining balance and maybe a set co-pay. We expect you to provide us the co-pay or your percentage of the bill at the time the service is rendered. Our staff is trained to help facilitate payment questions and concerns.
Financial responsibility for services rendered rests with the patient or family, regardless of insurance coverage. Mercy Clinics file all insurance types, please provide us with a copy of your current insurance company I.D. card and notify our office of any address or insurance changes as soon as possible. Our staff also is available to assist you in processing your medical insurance.
If for some reason you are unable to pay your bill, please let us know and we will provide you with payment information and will make arrangements for a payment plan.
