Meet our Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellow
A native of Dallas,Texas, Dr. Jason Hughes graduated from Texas Tech University in 1987 and has served as a private family practitioner and Naval flight surgeon. He was an assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Texas Tech University and is currently a visiting Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine after a three-year appointment with the University of Iowa Trauma Center.
Dr. Hughes enjoys playing guitar, long distance running, and camping and canoeing in the Minnesota Boundary Waters.
