Gastric Bypass
Roux-en-Y gastric bypass has a long history of safety and effectiveness with more than 30 years of research data. It works by restricting the amount of food a patient is able to eat and decreases the amount of food that is absorbed by bypassing a portion of the intestine. Lap-Banding
Lap-Banding is less invasive and allows for quicker recovery time than previously used techniques.
